gmat
They are aligning rails. They use two bars with holes to fit bolts and these are tightened to align and secure the rails. First they hit it with a rubber sledge hammer to get it more closely aligned, then tighten the bolts further. Now they are adjusting the spikes. They have a yellow bar or handle with a hook at the end. They put a teflon spacer between the spike and the side and use the bar with the hook to adjust it. Now they are adjusting the position of the concrete ties, then bolting it to the rail. They use a long T handle to tighten the bolts. Then they re-ballast between the ties. The blue shallow buckets are loaded and transported by a small rail cart. Break for soramimi. Three song clips, and the last one was rather risque. Back to the rails. They used jack hammers on the ballast, but I'm not sure if they were breaking up or settling the ballast. Then the placed two bars to align and secure the rails. These were painted gold and Tamori used a gold wrench to tighten the bolts. Then the foreman placed a km marker marked 0 with Tamori's name written on the side. Tamori used a hammer to pound the ballast around the marker. Then he was given a red and green flag and he waved a small engine pulling a Keikyu car over the tracks that they fixed to see if it will hold up. It did and they cheered by saying 'Banzai.' Tamori gave a line badge with Yamori's name on it to one of the workers. Then it was the end. Best wishes, Grant Link to comment
