Almost complete restyling, all I see that's original is the windows, doors, and door mechanisms. Even the ceiling is redone. Link to comment

Shame JR-K doesn't do this to the rest of the fleet. I often think those 415s look tired. Still running, though. Even JR East was running them on the Joban line until not many years ago. Like JRW, I'm interested to see what JR Kyushu will do with large scale replacement of this kind of rolling stock. Link to comment
