NYNE
Is there a Kato or Tomex drive that would fit a Miniatures by Eirc PCC shell? I have a Bachmann PCC, but I figured if there is a better drive out there I would rather use it. Link to comment
bill937ca
Tomytec makes a four axle tram drive, the TM-TR-01. http://www.1999.co.jp/eng/10131862 http://www.ebay.com/itm/Powered-Motorized-Chassis-Tomix-Tomytec-TM-TR01-N-scale-/120808709153?pt=Model_RR_Trains&hash=item1c20c29c21 More info: http://jtrains.wordpress.com/2011/08/23/tomytec-tm-tr01-tram-drive/ Link to comment
brill27mcb
Hi Brian, Another option is to get out a metric ruler and compare your shell requirements to the Tomytec chassis listing here: http://www.trainweb.org/tomix/ChassisDim.htm Tomytec power chassis are not kept in stock, instead being made for use with limited-availability unpowered models, so you may not be able to find the one that works best. But it's worth the try, since you may be able to get one that's a good fit to your car's dimensions and truck size. Rich K. Link to comment
