scott
For some reason I'm blanking on what these things are actually called -- the backlit, scrolling version of train-name signs used at the front of JR EMUs.... But--if I get a Micro Ace train that comes with decals for that sign that I don't want, is it possible to either buy (or fairly simply make) a replacement that will fit? Link to comment
CaptOblivious
There are sheets of decals you can buy, but really, you can print your own, if your printer will do such fine resolution (probably so). I would just print it to transparency paper, cut it out with a razor blade, and use some white glue to hold it in place. Shouldn't be a problem, really, provided you can type in Japanese characters on your computer. Link to comment
Martijn Meerts
There's also special paper to print your own water slide decals. Haven't tried it myself, but it's supposed to work really well. There's paper for both inkjet and laser printers. 1 Link to comment
scott
Thanks! Sounds like that should work. (I hope so, since I already ordered the train. ) Link to comment
