I know there's a few on here who were big Transport Tycoon fans. Anyone else on here by chance who has any J-trains for Chris Sawyer's Locomotion?

I've just done a very brief search and, although you'll find bits and pieces of uncompleted work, supposedly there are shinkansen in the "HighSpeed" Pack.

I don't have the time to find it now, but everything you seek should be buried in the Locomotion forums of http://www.tt-forums.net.

I love both TTDX and Locomotion, have the latter installed now on my laptop.

I tried a (I think uncomplete) Train addon for british EMU's and service providers, but i could not get it to work. So i stopped looking for Shinkansen and other JR stuff.

I grabbed so much stuff from TT-Forums but sadden that the number of J-trains on there was so limited.

If anyone would be interested in Japanese trains for Locomotion, I have found a few. It's not much and the scale of many seems wrong, but it's at least something instead of nothing.

First is a this pack which I could only find on the Lomo Fanpage, it seems to be gone from the TT-Forums. I have no idea who made it and a sound file is missing for (2 of the 4?) locos.

Then there's this topic, which has some Shinkansen in it and monorails (Tokyo and Osaka I think). Just browse the topic and you'll find them. The people movers seem to fit Japan as well, but are probably not exactly the same models used in Japan. Also has a lot of other Asian and especially Chinese trains and stuff.
