WOW! That looks spectacular. Beautiful smooth curves. If it were a commuter train negotiating through there, it would remind me a bit of the Keisei Honsen from Nippori to Aoto.

Very nice. I guess those curves have a radius of around 1.2 m. The ballast indicates that it's "self-made" using flex track.

Might be kitbashed using straight viaduct sections and flex track? However they've done it that's what a shinkansen track should look like.

The walls in some places (straights?) looked like normal viaduct, but on the long curves they looked like some kind of continuous strip of material.  Likely entirely scratchbuilt in those sections.

 

And yeah, that's what you want for a Shinakansen viaduct.

Wow! Very nice!

I really wish Kato would do larger radii viaduct pieces. Don't know what size those were in the video, but boy it looks great.  :cheesy

Yeah, I think this is my new obsession now...big wide curves! Of course, that's completly inrealistic, but oh well!
