IST
Wow, these look great! I should buy at least one set. Do you know it is possible that it become 'sold out' immediately after the release or not? Link to comment

Do you know it is possible that it become 'sold out' immediately after the release or not? Well, Bandai has not re-issued the previous B-train trams. Hard to say. Right now I think HS is the only B-Train source. Plaza Japan and Rainbow Ten don't carry them. Link to comment

Krackel Hopper
hey hey, For those interested, HobbySearch has up for Pre-Order the B-Train Shorty Cassiopeia! Unfortunately, as with most B-Trains, they never give you enough to make a full prototypical train. Between the A & B sets you'll make a 10 car consist. However, they are launching this limited edition set with 4 locomotives. Set A gets you the new EF510 and EF81 in the Cassiopeia liveries.. Set B contains the EF510 and EF81 in Hokutosei liveries.. I wonder if that is a hint the Hokutosei will be coming to B-Train soon? http://www.1999.co.jp/eng/10163525 http://www.1999.co.jp/eng/10163527 Link to comment
stevenh
It's interesting that the picture indicates that if you want to motorise it you need one locomotive chassis, three powered passenger car chassis and a trailer chassis. That's only 5 out of the 6 vehicles in the pack? Unless the 'T' chassis includes two actual units? Link to comment
disturbman
I don't think that the picture states how many of those chassis you need but instead tells you which one you can use if you want to power the set. - power unit 1 - power unit 3 - or a trailer unit Power unit 1 is for locomotives, power unit 2 and 3 are for EMU/DMUs and power unit 4 is for tramways.
