There may be a private Tomytec run only for the railway.

i would think this would be a great thing for the movie guys to run as well with tomytec in partnership with the private rr. give them the artwork free and do some promotion.

Considering how MASSIVE the K-On franchise is, I would expect TomyTec could release it. TomyTec has released anime related products for less successful series (such as Comicpa aka Comic Party) K-On!, K-On!! and the two new series yet to be released have been sitting on top of BD sales for a while, and has outsold Bandai's Gundam franchise over the past few years. I'd be surprised if TomyTec, doesn't release something, if not them, MicroAce.
