bikkuri bahn
If you're ever in the Tokyo Station area, and have some time to kill, or just want to relax with a cappucino and see some trains pass by, I recommend the branch at Tokyo Station Sapia Tower. It is located on the third floor, and is adjacent to the JR East shinkansen throat tracks. If you can snag a window seat, you can watch the shinkansen trains arrive and depart at your eye level, which is approximately the same as the track level at this location. In the background you can also see the Chuo Line trains arrive on the viaduct approach to the station. The entrance to Tokyo Station is nearby (the relatively quiet Nihonbashi Entrance), as well as an underground connection with the Otemachi subway station. http://www.starbucks.co.jp/en/search/detail.php?id=757&search_condition=Tokyo+Chiyoda-ku&free_word=&search_type=1&pref_code=13&city=Chiyoda-ku&search_by_address_flg=1&x=22&y=24&store_type_3=&pageID=4 2 Link to comment
