Spaceman Spiff
Finally got the main line up and running. The layout is going to be a bit of hybrid set up with Japanese and North American equipment. The layout is going to be mostly mountainous. The track is Atlas flex track with some Kato Crossovers. The layout is L shaped and is 30 inches wide with one section being 11 feet long and the other 8 feet long. The area with the helix is going to coal mine where the train enters at the bottom of the mountain and exits the top. I still have a lot of work to go including adjusting the Digitrax AR1 for the reverse loops. Spiff 3 Link to comment

The_Ghan
Yup, a track plan would be tops. I'm also curious to know how scenery etc. is going to be built. For me, this will be an interesting aspect of your layout. Cheers The_Ghan Link to comment
Spaceman Spiff
Hi, the track plan is a variation of the Atlas HO Oregon Pass lines. it is going to be mostly a mountainous layout with tunnels and cliff faces. I had a lot of help with the layout from fellow model rail roaders. I'm hoping to start the scenery once winter rolls around. Spiff Link to comment
