Martijn Meerts
It's been requested a couple of times, so we've added a section for trams and trolleys and the like. It can be found in platform 2, close to the N-gauge and other gauges sections. We'll moving tram related threads into the new section over the coming days/weeks/months/years/whatever. New threads about trams should of course go into the new section :) Have fun! (oh, if a problem pops up, just reply here, or send me a PM) 2 Link to comment

Martijn Meerts
Yeah, it's for models of any scale. It's really to make it easier for those interested in trams to find the tram related models/layouts. Link to comment
Guest ___
Real life trams/streetcars/ trollies/ and so forth will continue to go under "prototype" platform 5. Link to comment
bill937ca
While we're at why don't we pigeon and segregate everything else? Shinkansen, JR Mainline, Freight, JR Commuter, Major Private Railways, Minor Private Railways and Gadgetbahn. Link to comment
ToniBabelony
The forum has a big enough animo for such a separate section. The problem is then what to classify as a tram. IMHO the Enoden shouldn't belong in here, except when the layout in point is operated without light signalling and block sections in mind... Difficult, difficult... Link to comment

Mudkip Orange
Enoden is totally a tram. Link to comment
ToniBabelony
Enoden is totally a tram. Yup, until 1944: http://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/江ノ島電鉄#路面電車か鉄道かについての議論. Link to comment
