Switching locomotives at the (now closed*) Nippon Kokan KK tube works at Tsurumi. One the locos in the film is the Meiji Mura Baldwin.

*= the mill is still located at Tsurumi, however it has been transferred to an artificial island not far off, according to what one can see in Google Earth.

Is this the steel plant on the East end of HamaKawasaki yard?  There is a big cement plant there now, but my Charles Small digram shows the yard with the spurs to the tube plant with a bridge over the yard that is now gone.

If I had myself a farm, and enough money, I'd buy myself a C11 and a few wagons and play "big boys trains"!!!

I believe it is, however the film says Asano station, this is farther west from Hamakawasaki where the Umi-Shibaura branch peels off from the Tsurumi line. Maybe one of our Japan-based members can expand on it.
