I can understand it - with more and more freight (including some bulk goods) being containerized, anything different from a container flat is definitively worth the attention.

It is, as it is the way out of the Tsurumi area to the north. The line meets the Tokaido Freight Line at Hamakawasaki Yard. Check Google Earth.
