On July 8 a 43 year old Tobu Railway driver was detained by police on suspicion of indecently exposing himself to an 18 year old woman at Kasukabe Station.  The woman was in the process of making a cross platform transfer from an express to a semi-express, of which the suspect was the driver.  The suspect denies the charge, claiming he was merely "tucking in his shirt". Other news reports have the driver exposing himself through the driver's side door window, which requires him to jump.  Such enthusiasm...
