Here's a Tobu run, Ogawamachi (Saitama-ken, not Tokyo-to) to Ikebukuro, by a youtube contributor I've just found, juusou013 (http://www.youtube.com/user/Juusou013).  I've never been on this line, fortunately he does a nice job documenting it.
