rpierce000
Apparently Tomix is running a fund raiser for the Santetsu line. http://www.tomytec.co.jp/tomix/world/topics/infosanriku.htm I have asked my wholesaler to pick up 10 of these at our cost. If you would like one, all I will be charging on these is shipping, I want to support this cause. Please send an email to sales@bttrains.com with Santetsu Appeal in the subject line. I would like to sell at LEAST 10, more would be great. Things like this should band the world together, corny, but true. Are there any rail lines injured in Kiwiland? Link to comment
keitaro
i saw this awhile back i'd get but i think the shipping to aus from us would be more than acquiring it myself in japan through family. Link to comment
rpierce000
I agree. My offer is targeted at US modelers. Link to comment
Martijn Meerts
I wouldn't mind one if you're okay with shipping to the Netherlands. I don't mind paying for both the item and the shipping, I think it's a good initiative and definitely worth supporting. Link to comment
linkey
if an Aussie store wanted to get any of these Tomix Satetsu line trains it would nice as it would help those Aussies who would love to help out. Otherwise we would have to wait and see if Tomix would be testing the waters of quickly they will go before thinking of doing it internationally. I know I would be happy to buy one either via Japan or if they allow it to be sold internationally. I say that the more we can help the country that is struggling to rebuild the better. westfalen
I'll have to check out the hobby shops when I go to Japan in November to see if there are any left but I imagine these will sell out pretty fast. Link to comment
