JR500 W1 prototype

Hi!

I would ask if someone have photo about rooftop of JR500 W1 prototype.

I know that's train had a third panto on car 9 and the "banner" JRWest W1" on rooftop but I don't know on wich car.

can somebody help me?

Don't see anything on this W1 set.  The rooftops are subject to alot of windflow and accumulation of dirt.  Don't think any logos will last long nor are they worth repainting/reapplying, given the limited visibility to the public from that angle.

Of course, this logo has been applied only for a limited time (1995-1997) before the start of the regular service and only to the W1 set during trial run (major difference from the standard set are this logo applied on cars 2-15 rooftop (but I'm not sure about cars number), third panto on car 9 and the missing of JR-west logo near the cab.

I would modify one of mine 500 like the prototype so I can continue my Shinkansen collection.

It's strange, but the B-train version already have this rooftop logo applied :-)
