Not much luck on Hokkaido

With the two recent incidents involving JR Hokkaido, I came across this on youtube.

This one was a while ago, but within the last year or so, I think.  It hit a dump truck at a crossing.  I never read if the motorman survived, although I don't think any fatalities were mentioned in the articles that I saw.  After this, JRH decided to chain off access to the front gangway door, so this is why I'll never get that perfect hi-def zenmen tenbou video of a Super Soya run .  In the last few months I saw some pictures of the Naebo facility on Ompuchaneru, one user said that a few cars under a blue tarp was the rest of this consist.

Yes, that collision was this past winter, I believe, or perhaps last year.  There were no fatalities.  Amazingly. the driver of the truck also survived, despite being in the cab that was sheared off the truck frame and flung tens of meters off to the side of the railway ROW.  The fault was completely with the truck driver, it was blizzard conditions, and the truck failed to brake in time at the grade crossing.
