Used Brass models in Japan

Does anybody know how the used brass model market functions in Japan. who the dealers are? Do i look on Yahoo japan auctions and work through one of those bidding services? I would like to buy an HO scale KTM 700 shinkansen set this year or early next, but they are unavailable through dealers in the US and I don't know how the market works in Japan.

I have only ever purchased via an agent, there are several shops but dont know if they export,,,try ;-
