New green max public housing building

Greenmax is releasing a new public housing unit in october. they are completed models. One is the original public housing design from 1965 and the other is a later renovated version of the older building. nice touch sort of getting two for one with just a few detail changes!

 

They are 5 stories high and looks to be easily connected into a longer multiple unit. each has two exterior stairwells and looks to have some interesting details with the balconies and other details. the illustration right now is a cad drawing with some photos of the prototype for some of the details so it will be interesting to see what this looks like!

I ordered a couple of the Urban Renaissance versions. Didn't realize they were pre-built - I hope I don't get killed on shipping :(

we will see if they are prebuilt or not as i think another new building last year had prebuilt on the first listing and later they sent out a correction email that it was a kit.

 

probably be about the same weight, maybe a bit more in a larger box, but doubt huge...
