bikkuri bahn
I came across this book at my local bookstore this evening: Amazon Japan listing The title is "Enoden Miniature Walk". It is a collection of aerial photographs of the Enoden taken with a tilt-shift lens. Very good for scenery, especially the spacing and placement of structures. If I was a modeler of the modern scene, I would definitely buy it. Unfortunately, it seems to be out of print (the bookstore often turns up little gems like this time to time), though used copies seem available. Blog entry about this book, check out the middle photograph, many more like that in the book: http://blogs.yahoo.co.jp/roudousyasm/19330117.html 1 Link to comment

rankodd
Tilt shift photography never ceases to amaze me. Those first 2 shots look so much like layouts that it's scary. It isn't till you see the last one that you can tell for sure that they aren't just a good piece of art. I'd love a copy of this book... Link to comment
