Brooks Locomotive Works catalog from the early 20th century. Although this might sound a bit off-topic, if you follow the link and go to the end of the catalog you'll find lots of examples of locomotives delivered to Japan. It's a real window into the early development of Japanese railways and a nice sample of the "crocks" (an exageration, most of these locos must have been perfectly good...) Western builders poured into Japan before the local authorities decided to take things their own way...
