It was orange and ran in a 4 car formation 2 middle cars were double decker though?

Are you  thinking of the JR Central Series 371 which runs out of Odakyu's Shinjuku terminal?

 

 

The Odakyu version is the RSE 20000.

actually i was thinking of the Kintetsu-30000  

 

i have this train dvd from japan it's only features odakyu trains in it.

 

My sone watches it and it shows that for about 30 seconds and goes to another train how weird.
