I updated the trainweb.org/tomix webpages yesterday, including a freight wagon apparently issued yesterday! It's a commemorative that appears to be for the "Train Box" at Osaka Station City -- a new store? Can anyone here add further info?

Well, apparently the product was purchased at a new store run by Nippon Travel Agency that was opened at Osaka Station(11F North Gate Bldg):
