Interesting.  Normally I associate these iron bridges with a somewhat hollow pounding sound caused by trains passing overhead on jointed track.  Of course here we have welded rail.

That'a not good sign.  That bridge must have severe corrosion damage.  That needs to fixed almost immediately before JREast has a collapse and wreck right in Central Tokyo.
