Shinkansen Re-opening

JR East advised yesterday that all Tohoku Shinkansen lines will re-open next Saturday, April 29.

*Hayabusa will resume on the 29th with one daily roundtrip Tokyo~Shin Aomori and a daily RT Tokyo~Sendai.

Tokyo-Sendai services began today.  This only leaves the Sendai-Ichinoseki portion of the route as non-operational.
