Then paint the white ones with as much or as little transparent orange to add a more yellow-ish color. (I tend to do this with the white LED's in Tomix lighting kit) Link to comment

kuro68000 Posted June 23, 2011 Share Posted June 23, 2011 There does not seem to be a standard in Japan. Some street lighting is white, some is yellow. Most station lights are white, but I must confess I couldn't tell you about the yards. It seems that each place does its own thing so either is fine if you are not modelling a specific location!
