Looks pretty popular... interesting how on the return trip the railway uses two of its lightweight diesel railcars to pull the train... also notice the height of the pile of snow on top of that stored equipment! westfalen Posted March 21, 2011 Share Posted March 21, 2011 The station where the railcars are hauling the coaches appears to be the JR junction station of Goshogawara (see my photo from 1996 below for comparison) where the Tsugaru Railway has their depot so my guess is it's just a bit of shunting going on.
