Noted on a poster at Uguisudani Station. Bought three 2 card packs at Newsday Store at Shinjuku Station. There is a brochure that you can get at the information brochure racks at the station. Out of about 25 cards, 8 can be gotten from kiosks/stores at three stations the west half of the Yamanote Line plus Akabane and Nishi Ogikubo Stations, 7 from kiosks/stores at three stations on the east side plus Matsudo and Toride Stations, and for the final 10, you must patronize 10 restaurants at those stations.

 

 

 

 

 

Anyone who remembers the schemes for raising capital from the youth of America from The Man Who Sold the Moon, by Robert Heinlein would get a chuckle from this.
