Passengers flashing the 'Peace' sign in your photos

Sometimes when you take photos, there is an unexpected bonus. When I was downloading the photos onto my computer, I noticed something at the end. A passenger had flashed me the 'Peace' sign.

 

I've also made the 'V/Peace sign' when I've noticed people taking photos in my direction.

 

Taken at Shoi-jinjamae station, on the Setagaya line late at night. I usually pass this way going from or coming home.

I can't imagine how many people have me showing the tongue or making a werid face on their holiday pictures...

I really enjoy making people a surprise they will only discover when coming back home!

I submit that these photos have been faked. My evidence:

 

1. It appears you are standing or floating on the tracks.

 

2. If those where really Japanese people, they would have black bars covering their eyes.

I absolutely hate when people do that. It ruins my shots. As both a photojournalist and as a street photographer I find those symbols make shots looked stage.

Photobombing in Japan is quite a bit different from here.

The street crossing is practically at the end of the platform, so as soon as the crossing guard arms go up, I rush onto the middle of the crossing to get these shots.

Don't know anything about the black bars. Ha Ha.
