bill937ca
Time for a little bit of Japanese Grand Scale with a track gauge of 5 inches, 7 1/4 inches or larger. The SAKURADANI light railway 381mm I believe all the equipment is home made. The line originally ran around his house. http://www.nakanoke.com/sakuradani/kidousen/index.html http://www.geocities.com/sakuradani_railway/ http://www.geocities.com/sakuradani_railway/layout.html Romney Railway 381mm http://torokko.mining-jp.com/15in/niji_no_sato/ Cygnus Woodland Railway 381mm http://torokko.mining-jp.com/15in/cygnus/ Link to comment

It's a Shinto based belief that the clean should be separated from the unclean... Oh and you take a shower before you get into the bathtub to soak. No soap scum!! 8) Link to comment
Bernard
Alright Bill, you brought up the Japanese bathrooms so now I can add this. When we were in Nagano, the toilets had remote control seat lifts and were heated plus it flushed two way, powerful and not powerful. This was to conserve the amount of water used. Boy is my post way off trains! ::) Link to comment

That EF58 is very impressive, but the little Mie Kotsu and Chosi Dentetsu steeplecabs were the models that really caught my eye! Thanks for posting this, Steven. All the best, Mark. Link to comment
