Bernard
What do you use for cleaning your tracks? I've know one person who uses Kerosene. Link to comment
CaptOblivious
A pink pencil eraser. It's cheap and effective (just the right amount of grit). Sometime I use a Mr Clean Magic Eraser (which is great on lots of things!) which has a bit more scrub to it while remaining really gentle. Of course, I don't have a permanent layout (yet!) so I don't have problems reaching anything...one day I would really like one of those fancy-pants Tomix cleaning cars. Link to comment
bill937ca
I use a Life Like Track Brite Cleaner which I can buy at train shows or in a LHS. Works good on my Tomix track. http://www.hobbylinc.com/htm/lif/lif1416.htm My tunnel has a removable "lid." I also use emery board should a spot need a really fine cleaning, like after ballasting. Emery board is used before soldering to clean metal. Link to comment
