Bernard
Oh No Chibi! This is a true Japanese story & video my wife shares with her 3rd graders. http://www.amazon.com/Chibi-Story-Japan-Julia-Takaya/dp/0395720885 They read that story as they hatch ducklings and learn about the reproductive life cycle. bikkuri bahn
Amazing recovery and getting back in line- the U.S. Marines may be interested- a "few good ducks" (plus they're amphibious) Link to comment
to2leo
I can never stop laughing and be inspired whenever I watch this clip. I really wonder if all 15 ducklings belong to the mother duck? Reason is because for the life of me, I cannot imagine a duck can successfully hatched so many eggs. If some of these ducklings are orphaned, I am very touched by the action of this mother duck. Link to comment

Martijn Meerts
Humans could take an example from the mother duck. We'd rather busy us with ourselves rather than with our kids though, it seems ;) Link to comment
