I enjoyed those photos a lot... in fact i just set one as my desktop.

 

This brings me to thinking about avatars.... Would people like to have a Japanese Train Avatar set available to use here? At the moment there are some dodgy flags, sci-fi pics, and F1 helmets... usuall suff that comes with the standard board set. If you would like, I will create a new set of Train avatars for us to use.

THESE ARE GREAT!!  There are so many trains I never saw before. What is also interesting is when you compare some of the prototypes to the models you can see little differences. Sometimes the models are smoother in appearance than the prototype. There is a photo of a trolley that is so narrow I wonder how many people can fit in it.

 

As for the Avitars, I'm for it if it's not too much trouble.
