Aizu Railway 8500.

Hi,    Has anyone got any info on an Aizu railway 8500 that has just been released, or is about to be released, looked like the manufacturer was AN.Rail, which I have never heard of.  From what I could see it was available as a 2 car or 3 car, but couldn't see any prices or where to get one from.  If they are any good, this is a train I would really like to own.

Thanks for the info, didn't realise it was only a display model, guess I will have to wait and see if Microace or Greenmax release it at sometime in the future.  Shame, for some reason, I've really taken a shine to that train!

You can always power the thing with a GM or Tomytec unit. I think almost any 20 Meter unit will do, you just have to look for the right bogies (Nippon Sharyo ND719 types) and you're ready to go. The GM DT50 units (5515(-1)) come close to the ND719 types in appearance for example.
