bikkuri bahn
For those modeling the 50's and 60's era, especially rural railways and shortlines, these structures may be of interest. Many of the scenes in which they are utilized are reminiscent of Yoiichi Miyashita's work (and may well be actually his model work): http://www.mscollection.net/index.php?FrontPage Link to comment

Kamiyacho
I picked up one of these kits at Sakatsu Gallery this summer. Haven't made it yet, as it is the only thing I have in this scale, but they look great. The people at the shop where very helpful and tolerant of my mediocre Japanese. Link to comment

Wonderful work. Unfortunately, he apparently got a hold of the wrong books and caught the Colorado narrow guage romance disease.. I would have thought that modoeling Japanese narrow guage would be romatic enougth, but know he saw the magic DRG&W and off he went. Or it's a horrible fact that it's easier to model Colorado narrow guage than JNR, in HO, in Japan. Now that's a scary thought. Link to comment
bill937ca
While searching for something else I came across a line of 1/80 HO paper and wood structures. I do not know if these are readily available. http://www.mscollection.net/index.php?FrontPage I don't see this vendor on the Hobby Search HO/Z vendor list. https://www.1999.co.jp/eng/list/categorylist/117/make 3 Link to comment
