Very interesting collection of motive power. The DE10+electric combo was particularly nice.  I wonder if it's just transporting the DE10 somewhere, or if there's some section of the route that needs diesel. I can't imagine both are active.

Likely a ferry move.  But that DE10 is very elusive(?) in any of those three videos.  Personally my favorite of the bunch is the last one in the third video- EF65 57 in the classic freight brown livery.

The DE10 only appears once, in the first video at about 2:20.

 

And yeah, the brown loco (third video, at 6:58) is pretty cool.

Thanks for the pointer.  The line is the Hoppou Freight Line, which connects Suita station and Amagasaki Station, running beneath the Sanyo Shinkansen elevated tracks.
