Probably more of interest to vintage model train collectors rather than prototype modelers (the cab curvatures are wrong- which was a common fault on early F unit models, not to mention primitive motor drives).  However, for sale by the same dealer is this model, which warrants a look by HO scale modelers of Japanese prototypes- an EF13 electric:
