Locomotive hauled action in Hokkaido

Location is Nishinosato Signal Sidings, just outside Sapporo on the Chitose Line.

After a Chitose airport bound 789 unit passes, freight #3059 originating from Sumidagawa Freight Terminal in Tokyo goes by on its last few km before arrival at Sapporo, with a DF200 on the point.

 

Same location in summer, this time 2x DD51 on the down (Sapporo bound) Hokutosei.
