Japanese dealers are beginning to post their Obon (and JAM) closing dates.

We are on holiday from August 12 to August 16 (Japan time, GMT+9).

We will not ship orders or answer emails during this time.

1) From 6th to 8th of August

2) From 12th to 17th of August

 

HW JAPAN will be closed during above periods.

We can receive message/order/payment,

but the rest of the transactions will be done one by one after above periods.

 

Please understand that we will need longer time than usual

to reply to your message due to piled up messages when we come back to office.

Summer Vacation Notice

 

Thank you all for using Rainbow Ten mail order.

 

Between 13th to 17th Aug 2010, we run our operation with less number of people, taking vacation in turn. There will be a delay in our process. Please kindly understand. We can have your order during vacation time as usual, but shipment will be carried out after 18th Aug 2010 as stated below:

 

1) No Shipping: 13th, 14th, 15th, 17th Aug 2010

 

2) Operation Slowdown: from 13th to 16th Aug 2010

We may work only morning according to the amount of order we received.

 

3) No operation: 14th, 15th and 17th

For these days, no personel will be on-line.

 

*We need couple of days to catch up the delay after the vacation time is over.
