E231densha
Hey there, When I went to Japan a month ago, I saw an E231-1000 going very fast at a crossing, in it's usual cool and stylish attitude. It sounded a funny horn from a distance. It sounded somewhat like a steam train horn. How does the driver make that horn sound? When I looked through the cab window of another E231-1000 later that day to investigate, all I see is the driver stepping on the pedal to activate the normal horn. How does he activate the funny horn? Cheers, Alex Link to comment
ToniBabelony
Like in this video? I think it has to do something with how much pressure is applied to the foot-pedal. The more pressure, the intenser the horn is. Link to comment
