Akihabara Station Details Northwest Exit

Recommended Posts

The old thread was getting to long, so I've started another.

Continuing from the Northwest exit and following the aqueduct.

Pylon detail from inside the bicycle parking area. This is on the northwest side of the aqueduct, before the road that goes under the aqueduct. Looking north. The lower green structure is the older bridge section over the underpass.

Looking further right. Towards the South.

This is the North underpass that cuts across the JR tracks.

I found these pictures fascinating. thanks again Gmat.

we are a strange crowd, arent we, who are most interested in pipes, ducts, pavements and the undersides of bridges...

Thank you both for your words of encouragements, CaptOblivious and Eliphanz,

I'll try to shoot the other side of the Shinkansen tracks and the South exit as soon as I have a chance to pass through that area. The weather cleared up this weekend, so the shooting should be fine.

And a thanks to CaptOblivious, if you are the reason why my Photobucket account uploads my photos faster these days.

Best wishes,

Grant
