The second video is pretty sweet. I like this shorten version of a 115 unit.

bb you're killing me.   I don't find this so bad on the 115s, but as I've written before I'm really not into it on the 117s.  I do like both the videos.  The 2-car sets are used for non-stop runs from Okayama all the way to Yonago.  There are only 2 per day in each direction, outbounds being at 5:48 AM and 7:48 PM, each taking about 3 and a half hours.
