Guest ___
Ok here's the poll. I'll have to add Hokkaido to my own vote at the end of the year. Link to comment
CaptOblivious
Kanto was listed twice, so rather than vote for it twice I just removed the one at the end :D Also, I'm not sure that what I did was railfanning (as I wasn't a railfan then) so much as wandering around going "oooh!" at everything I saw. Guest ___
Closest I've ever been to Japan was when I was in south-east Germany :/ Germany has some nice trains too. Never been there, but I know a lot of Japanese who have. Link to comment
Martijn Meerts
Lots of nice trains in Germany yes, but I'm mainly interesting in going to Japan for the culture. Germany isn't very Japanese in that regard ;) Link to comment
SubwayHypes
I have been around Tokyo metro and JR trains all my life, riding on bullet trains to hiroshima and north to tokaido. Rode the blue sleeping car train once as a kid, rode many different express trains and such too. On a more daily basis, i ride the Tokyo SUbway almost everyday, and the JR Yamanote line when i am in Tokyo every day. Link to comment
Guest ___
I always ended up on the Chou line or somehow on a train that goes to Omiya. Not sure how I always end up in Omiya as I'm always on the the Chuo Line. Link to comment
Guest ___
Odd, I could have sworn it was in there when I created the poll. And yet no one else caught that. Ok, fixed. Link to comment
ToniBabelony
Awesome! Kantou and Touhoku for me! :) (though I've also photographed one or two trains in Hiroshima and Kyoto) Link to comment
