scott
Here's one: http://cgi.ebay.com/Vintage-Mitsubishi-Limited-Express-Japan-Eraser-/360042095670?cmd=ViewItem&pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item53d42e6436 Even though it has a 583 on its boxboard sleeve, I can't see myself paying $7.50 for a slightly-used eraser. cteno4
interesting! there seems to be so many specialized train things done in japan. even the special model runs just for an event and we never really get to see much over here of that stuff! my latest ebay odd collectables was a kids ride on (complete with steering wheels) tin 0 series shinkansen (like 20" long) that i had wanted to get for a long time but the prices were just wayyy expensive. waiting paid off finally got it cheap and in good shape. now we just have to have aaron scoot around on it at the train shows, sorry no goji suit, but i expect this will be as funny as the clown on the little trike! also picked up the kids tv shinkansen character on a handkerchief, i actually use them and collect odd ones (now the thing i try to collect on a trip instead of a tee shirt, got wayyy to many of them). problem with these doo dads is the shipping is usually as much as the item! cheers jeff Link to comment
scott
I recently got a small puzzle for Anders with pictures of limited-express trains on it, which was pretty cool. Saving it for a rainy day... Link to comment
