Its been out since July 2009 and takes a Kato pocket line drive.  There are several similar low floor LRVs running in Japan.

I like it--it's a little crude and simple compared to the Portram, but it's generic enough to fit in just about anywhere.

Looks like its based on something like the Nagasaki 1800s.  Not an exact copy.
