Bill: I don't see anything about Ueno Station in the description, and it doesn't look anything like JR Ueno, Keisei Ueno, or even Nippori. But, I love the idea of a Keisei themed layout! How awesome!

 

Also, all of the Keisei rolling stock in that video is readily available in N. I'm willing to bet that this is simply a very detailed N-gauge layout.

The location came a translation in the blog and You Tube.  It is JNR era Ueno. The You Tube description from the first video:

 

"This is the train to" an image of you will be served by a different time.

Served by the way we have made in 3500 Keisei electric railroad workshop.

This movie, "The train then this is" the image of the central railway station Ueno

"Central Station" elevated station, "servant to this station" is a movie of the ground near the station.

I love the layout of my longing Ueno railway station.
