The Hobby Search blog has an interesting article about the Tsukuba Express and the B-train shorty Tsukuba models being released soon to celebrate the 5th anniversary of the B-Train series. This is another line running into Akihabara and another line with no grade crossings.

There is a diagram showing a location where the Tokyo Metro Chiyoda line, JR Joban line, Tsukuba Express and Tobu Isesaki lines run parallel to each other with the Arakawa River between the Tuskuba and Tobu lines.

In addition to the railroads mention above you will also find Odakyu 4000 series running here, along with Tokyo Metro series 06, JR E531s and E231s on the Joban line, Tobu series 100 Spacia, Tobu series 20000, Tobu series 30000 and Tokyu 8500 series on the Tobu line at this point.
