My wife and I are pleased to announce that she gave birth last night to our daughter Acadia! She was born 4:10PM CDT (GMT-5, if I recall), and is 53cm long and 3725g in weight, and beautiful! No complications, everyone is doing great.

Of course, this means that I'm not gonna get much work or modeling done for the next little while---or chatting here---, but I've got everything ready for that September modeling party!

I was wondering when this blessed event was to happen, and I'm glad to hear that everyone is doing fine. Congratulations and do you think you might post some photos of the new addition (if it's not too much to ask.)

Just dont post the photos under "prototypes". Your wife would never forgive you.

Thanks, everyone! I'll upload some photos later today. It's rare the model that grows into a 1:1 replica!

What would her size be in 1:150? =)

about 3.6mm :D

Dick H - What an adorable photo! Did you take it?  :)

I take the train into NYC and I'm like that little boy when we go into the tunnel to Manhattan.

The windows on the NYC trains must be real high up then, unless you're really short of course ;)

You have windows in your trains in Norway? In NYC unless they paid a first class fare, we don't let anyone see where they're going.  ;D

And I'm 6' tall but I go on my knees so I don't block anybody's view. ::)

Yes, in May, 2005 in western Japan. Don't remember where.

This one was in November 2001 on the Kintetsu Kyoto line.
