If anybody could figure out if this one is actually available, I'd greatly appreciate it.

 

This model--Tomix 92243, the "2nd Niigata" 115--is really hard to find.

Unfortunately, this shop does not ship outside of Japan.

The phrase in bold near the bottom (外国への発送は行っておりません。) reads "We do not ship to foreign countries"

 

Edit: from further exploring through the site, I believe the model is not available, but cannot say so for sure. The 'x' next to item strongly supposes so.

So for the D-stage one, I think it is in stock, but it also asks to confirm first through email. This shop also does not deliver to the US. It doesn't specifically say this, but the shipping rates page mentioning destinations only within Japan strongly suggests that they don't ship outside Japan, also noting the heavy use of Takkyubins like Yamato and COD services.
